How to make a reservation:
 
  1. Click the green "BUY TICKETS" button below. In the pop-up window, select Zoo Admission and click "Book."
  2. Select the date and time you would like to visit The Zoo.
  3. From the drop down menu, select how many adults, children, seniors/military are in your party. There is a limited number of tickets available for each time slot. 
  4. Agree to The Zoo rules, fill out your contact information and click "Complete your booking."
  5. Tickets will appear in your email and can be shown on your phone.

Member/Library Reservations: 
  1. Click “Buy Tickets.” 
  2. In the pop-up window, select Zoo Admission and click “Book.” Choose your desired date and time. 
  3. For each member ticket, enter the member code. If you have not received a member code, please email tickets@forestparkzoo.com.
  4. Agree to the Zoo rules, fill out your contact information and click “Complete your booking.”
  5. Tickets will appear in your email and can be shown on your phone.

By purchasing tickets to The Zoo in Forest Park, everyone in your party agreeS to the following:  

  • Arrive at The Zoo anytime within the 30-minute window indicated on your ticket. If your ticket time is 3 p.m. we strongly encourage arriving at 3, as all patrons must exit The Zoo by 4 p.m., regardless of entry time.  
  • All guests over the age of two must wear a mask that covers their mouth and nose at all times while inside The Zoo, unless prevented by a medical condition. Guests that are unable to wear a mask agree to skip all feline, primate, and carnivore exhibits, in accordance with USDA regulations.
  • Remain six feet apart from other parties at all times.
  • Follow the one-way path around The Zoo, avoiding sectioned off areas and the inside of the barn. The barn, Discovery Room is closed at this time. 
  • The member discount code is for member use only. All member tickets will be validated either prior to entry or at the gate. Any non-member who purchases a ticket with the member discount code will be denied entry at the gate. 
  • We are currently unable to accomodate Groupons at this time. 

Refund & Reschedule Policy: The Zoo is open rain or shine. In the event of severe weather, (ex. thunder & lightning) guests may contact the zoo to reschedule their visit for another day. Rescheduling is available exclusively in the case of severe weather or illness. No-shows are not eligible for rescheduling. 

No refunds will be offered.
