The treats

The Zoo in Forest Park's annual Spooky Safari is a family-friendly Halloween event complete with a trick-or-treat trail for kids ages 0-12*, on-site activities, crafts, animal encounters, face painting, a scavenger hunt and appearances from some special friends! The event will also feature a virtual costume contest with winners for Most Creative, Best Group and Funniest costume.

Tickets are required to attend. No tickets will be sold at the gate. Parking is not included with your ticket. The City of Springfield charges $3/in-state plate and $5/out-of-state plate cash only to park. This fee is not imposed or collected by The Zoo
