The treats

The Zoo in Forest Park's annual Spooky Safari is a family-friendly Halloween event complete with a trick-or-treat trail for kids ages 0-12*, on-site activities, crafts, animal encounters, a scavenger hunt and appearances from some special friends! The event will also feature a virtual costume contest with winners for Most Creative, Best Group and Funniest costume. The costume contest is presented by Holyoke Mall.

Tickets are required to attend. No tickets will be sold at the gate. Parking is not included with your ticket. The City of Springfield charges $3/in-state plate and $5/out-of-state plate cash only to park. This fee is not imposed or collected by The Zoo

General Public:

Adult: $13 + $0.78 processing fee
Child: $8 + $0.48 processing fee
Senior: $9 + $0.54 processing fee

Zoo Members:

Adult: $9 + $0.54 processing fee
Child: $5 + $0.30 processing fee
Senior: $7 + $0.42 processing fee

Everyone attending must have a pre-purchased ticket. No tickets will be sold at the gate and GroupOns, library passes or one-day passes cannot be used for admission. Ticket sales end on Friday, Oct. 23 at noon.
