Hannah grew up in central Pennsylvania and started at the Zoo in 2026 after moving from Pittsburgh, PA. Hannah graduated from Juniata College in 2018 with a degree in environmental education, with a focus on zoos and museums. She’s worked at the Virginia Zoo and Nauticus Maritime Museum as an educator in Norfolk, Virginia, and spent some time as a volunteer coordinator at Humane Animal Rescue of Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania. In her free time, Hannah likes gardening and crocheting, as well as spending time with her husband and dog, Chestnut!
