If so, the Counselor-in-Training Program is for you!

The Zoo in Forest Park & Education Center is currently accepting applications for our Counselor-in-Training Program. Counselors-in-Training (CIT) will assist with all aspects of the Zoo Camp program, including: activity implementation, camper supervision, animal care and more. 

Cost:
$100
(includes staff t-shirt, Forest Park parking pass and medication administration training)

Minimum requirements:
- At least 16 years old
- Must be available for 3 out of 9 weeks of Zoo Camp, as early as 8 a.m. to as late as 4 p.m. daily (Zoo Camp runs daily, Monday through Friday from June 21, 2021 through August 20, 2021)
- Available for 1 training day in June (after the school year has ended)

Please note: there are a limited number of CIT spots avaliable each season. Qualified applicants will be contacted for an interview. Not all applicants will be called in for an interview.

All applications for the Counselor-in-Training program
are processed on a rolling basis.

Once we have filled the limited spots, we will not accept additional applications.

Not all applicants are guaranteed an interview. Interviews will take place in mid-May through June 2021.
